@Xfinity their communication skills between the customer service employees from what I the customer communicates about my problems and account always gets lost and they do Nothing . But that bill comes directly and Like The Mob they will shut your service off for $2 #notfair

@StevenTDennis @love_life49 In VA, Shentel is rolling out fiber-optic service w/“Glo Fiber”. We’ve had it three months after moving to SW Virginia. 1 gb @ $80 month. We initially tried Cox Cable but it was, unbelievably, worse than Comcast. Adding Netflix & Amazon prime, YouTube TV, it’s manageable.

@piggenres @tylermason21 I forgot about that, but never assume Hulu/ESPN can overcome incompetence. Comcast/Universal ran into this a few years ago if I remember correctly.

@WorldofIsaac I have fiber internet which is markedly better than the Comcast internet that I would have to bundle to get a reasonable cable package. Otherwise, a decent cable package on its own with no bundle still costs more than the streaming service I choose
