@KimIversenShow Kim, for “mission critical” situations, might I suggest a router for your home that has “failover” to another source? Even though I have a fiber connection, is that goes down for even a minute, my system switches over to Verizon wireless. I’m up 100% of the time.

@VerizonSupport I did that when I was on the phone trying to schedule an appointment. I’d find a spot that would work for a while, then it would break up again. I need to be able to use my phone in my own house. Been having issues ever since things went 5G, but this is the worst it’s ever been.

@JonFreier @TMobile I heart💛 t mobile because t mobile seems to have the best interaction with customers…. I’ll tell you what 13 years with t mobile. Leaving for 2 years to Verizon (worst decision ever) then back again almost 4 years later: That tells you something
