If there are lingering issues, please make sure to update the Microsoft Teams client and to reboot the workstation. Description Microsoft Teams and Skype, when running simultaneously, may cause issues joining Teams meetings, Skype crashes, or workstation slow down. Start: Thursday, March 30, 2023 - 10:30am End: Tuesday, April 11, 2023 - 8:30am Updates Tuesday, April 11, 2023 - 8:30am The vendor was able to resolve the problem on their end.ITS staff have verified that the issue has been fixed. Description Microsoft Teams is currently randomly not refreshing the files tab when viewing a team and may show files from a different team that the user belongs to instead. There is no security risk involved. ITS staff are working with the vendor to resolve the issue. A current work around is to quit Teams or to restart the computer. To quit Teams on Windows computers,right click on the Teams app in the taskbar andchoose Quit.
